Biotechnology and Food Processing Department of Bela College Celebrated Student Talent with a Glamorous Farewell Event

In a dazzling display of talent and recognition, the Biotechnology and Food Processing Department at Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College Bela recently organized an unforgettable farewell event, honoring exceptional students and showcasing their accomplishments. The event was a celebration of the remarkable talent nurtured within the department's walls.

The program commenced with a cake ceremony by College President S. Sangat Singh Longia Ji, The vibrant atmosphere set the stage filled with talent, creativity, and camaraderie. Secretary, M.C. S. Jagwinder Singh Pammi, Manager M.C. S. Sukhwinder Singh Whisky and principal Dr. Satwant Kaur shahi congratulated the students. The main highlight of the event was the crowning of Mr. and Ms. Farewell, recognizing the most exceptional male and female students who displayed exemplary skills and achievements throughout their academic journey. The esteemed titles were awarded based on a combination of academic performance, leadership qualities, extracurricular involvement, and overall contribution to the department.

After a series of rounds and assessments, the title of Mr. Farewell was bestowed upon Vipandeep singh (M.Voc. Food Processing 2 year) whose dedication, innovation, and leadership qualities left an indelible mark on both peers and faculty. The prestigious title of Ms. Farewell was awarded to Jasleen Kaur 9B.Sc. Hons. Biotechnology 3rd year, whose remarkable academic prowess, creativity, and commitment to community service were truly commendable. In addition to the coveted Mr. and Ms. Farewell titles, the event also recognized students in various other categories, applauding their diverse talents and contributions. Notable awards included Ms Charming Simranjeet Kaur ( M.sc biotechnology 2nd year); Mr. Handsome Pardeep Singh (B. Voc Food Processing 3rd year); Ms Gorgeous ( Navpreer Kaye M. Voc Food Processing 2nd year); Mr Perfect Ranvir Singh (B.Sc. Hons Biotechnology 3rd year). Each recipient received recognition, symbolizing their accomplishments and serving as a testament to their dedication and hard work.

The event unfolded with captivating performances by student groups, showcasing their talents in music, dance, and drama. The audience was enthralled by an array of acts that highlighted the multifaceted abilities of the students in the Biotechnology and Food Processing Department. The event also featured a stunning fashion show, where students confidently walked the ramp, donning the latest trends in sustainable and eco-friendly attire, emphasizing the importance of ethical fashion in today's world. ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਮਰ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਬਾਬਾ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੁਝਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੈਮੋਰੀਅਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਬੇਲਾ ਦੇ ਬਾਇਓਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਅਭੁੱਲ ਵਿਦਾਇਗੀ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸ. ਸੰਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਲੌਂਗੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੇਕ ਕਟਿੰਗ ਸੈਰੇਮਨੀ ਨਾਲ਼ ਹੋਈ। ਇਸ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਦੇ ਜੀਵੰਤ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਜਣਾਤਮਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਪੜਾਅ ਤੈਅ ਕੀਤਾ।ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸ. ਜਗਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਸ. ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਸਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਸਤਵੰਤ ਕੌਰ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੰਂ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ।

ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਸਟਰ ਵਿਦਾਇਗੀ ਦਾ ਤਾਜ ਵਿਪਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ (ਐੱਮ. ਵੋਕ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਦੂਜਾ ਸਾਲ) ਅਤੇ ਮਿਸ ਵਿਦਾਇਗੀ ਦਾ ਤਾਜ ਜਸਲੀਨ ਕੌਰ (ਬੀਐਸਸੀ ਆਨਰਜ਼ ਬਾਇਓਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਾਲ) ਨੇ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ, ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮਿਸਾਲੀ ਹੁਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ, ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ, ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ, ਅਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਦੇ ਸੁਮੇਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ iਖ਼ਤਾਬ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ।

ਮਿਸਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਸ ਵਿਦਾਇਗੀ iਖ਼ਤਾਬਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਈਵੈਂਟ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਗਦਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਅਵਾਰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਸ ਚਾਰਮਿੰਗ ਸਿਮਰਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ (ਐਮ.ਐਸਸੀ ਬਾਇਓਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਦੂਜਾ ਸਾਲ); ਮਿਸਟਰ ਹੈਂਡਸਮ ਪਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ (ਬੀ. ਵੋਕ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਾਲ), ਮਿਸ ਗੋਰਜੀਅਸ (ਨਵਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੋਰ ਐਮ. ਵੋਕ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਦੂਜਾ ਸਾਲ) ਮਿਸਟਰ ਪਰਫੈਕਟ ਰਣਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ (ਬੀਐਸਸੀ ਆਨਰ ਬਾਇਓਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਾਲ) ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਬਾਇਓਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਪੱਖੀ ਕਾਬਲੀਅਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਲੜੀ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ। ਇਸ ਇਵੈਂਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਅਜੋਕੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਟਿਕਾਊ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ-ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਪਹਿਰਾਵੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਨਤਮ ਰੁਝਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਨ ਕੇ, ਭਰੋਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਰੈਂਪ ਵਾਕ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਡਾ ਮਮਤਾ ਬਾਇਓਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ, ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾਣ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਮਿਸਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਲਣ ਲਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਾਇਓਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੂਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਕ ਗਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਹਾਰਕ ਹੁਨਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
