B.Sc. (N.M.) Course:

• Disciplinary knowledge and skills: Capable of demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and understanding of major concepts, theoretical principles and experimental findings in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics and its different subfields.
• Skilled Communicator: Ability to transmit complex technical information relating to Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics in a clear and concise manner in writing and orally skills.
• Critical Thinking and Analytical Reasoning: Ability to employ critical thinking in understanding the concepts in every area of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
• Problem Solver: Ability to inculcate efficient problem-solving skills in the basic area of pure sciences
• Sense of Inquiry: Capability for asking relevant/appropriate questions relating to issues and problems in the field of chemistry, physics and Mathematics & planning, executing and reporting the results of an experiment or investigation.
• Team Player/Worker: Capable of working effectively in diverse teams in both classroom, laboratory and in industry and field-based situations.
• Skilled Project Manager: Capable of identifying/mobilizing appropriate resources required for a project, and manage a project through to completion, while observing responsible and ethical approach.
• Digitally Literate:  Capable of using computers for simulation and computation and appropriate software for analysis of data, and employing modern library search tools to locate, retrieve, and evaluate course related information.
• Ethical Awareness/Reasoning: The graduate should be capable of demonstrating ability to think and analyze rationally with modern and scientific outlook and identify ethical issues related to one's work, avoid unethical behavior such as fabrication, falsification or misrepresentation of data or committing plagiarism, not adhering to intellectual property rights and adopting objectives, unbiased and truthful actions in all aspects of work.
• Research-Related Skills: Capability for inquiring about appropriate questions relating to the concepts and advancements in various branches of physical sciences.
• National and International Perspective: The graduates should be able to develop a national as well as international perspective for their career in the chosen field of the academic activities. They should prepare themselves during their most formative years for their appropriate role in contributing towards the national development.

B.Sc. (C.S.) Course:

B.Voc. (RET) Course:

• Disciplinary Knowledge: Capable of demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Renewable Energy Technology Sector.
• Communication Skills: Ability to express thoughts and ideas effectively in writing and orally; Communicate with others using appropriate media; confidently share one’s views and express herself/himself; demonstrate the ability to listen carefully, read and write analytically, and present complex information of renewable energy in a clear and concise manner to different groups.
• Critical Thinking: Capability to apply analytic thought to a body of knowledge, analyze and evaluate evidence, arguments, claims, beliefs based on empirical evidence; identify relevant assumptions or implications; formulate coherent arguments; critically evaluate practices, policies and theories by following scientific approach to knowledge development of Renewable Energy Technology.
• Problem Solving: Capacity to extrapolate from what one has learned and apply their competencies to solve different kinds of non-familiar problems, rather than replicate curriculum content knowledge; and apply one’s learning to real life situations.
• Analytical Reasoning: Ability to evaluate the reliability and relevance of evidence; identify logical flaws and holes in the arguments of others; analyze and synthesis data from a variety of sources; draw valid conclusions and support them with evidence and examples and addressing opposing viewpoints.
