North- East Cultural Mela held on 4th August, 2015

A colorful cultural mela of north east states of India was organized at ASBASJSM College, Bela. The chief guest of the occasion was Mr. Varinderpal Singh, SSP-Ropar. Varied folk dances of Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Kohima, Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura were performed to thrill the audiences. Punjabi traditional Jhumar was also performed. Punjabi singer Sonu Virk enthralled the audiences with his Bolliyan and Tappay. The students had a wonderful time watching the northern and eastern cultural dances.
